
MSA’s Center Of Excellence Installs Second Automated Marine Pollution Monitoring Station
The Center of Excellence for Scientific Projects and Entrepreneurship at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), led by Prof. Dr. Tarek Saleh, has proudly completed the installation of the second automated marine pollution monitoring station at the Eastern Port, in collaboration with the National Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries (NIOF) and Short Circuit, one of the startups founded through MSA’s Entrepreneurship Program.
💧 This new station is part of the project:
“Real Time Water Quality Network for Marine Pollution Monitoring and Detection”, funded by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology. Following the successful operation of the first station at Lake Mariout, work is currently underway to install two additional stations within this national initiative.
