Fifty students from the Faculty of Biotechnology of October University For Modern Sciences And Arts (MSA) enrolled in the “Industrial Projects” course had the opportunity to visit the dairy technologies unit at the Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University for an insightful field trip focused on the dairy industry.
Experts from the facility guided students through the different stages of production, providing in-depth explanations of the techniques used in the dairy processing of various products such as cheese and milk. Beyond production, students also explored essential aspects of quality control and infection control measures.
This immersive experience provided students with hands-on experience and valuable insights into dairy processing, igniting inspiration for future innovations in the same field.
