Rawda Mohamed & Mohamed Hashem Win Best Paper Award at IEEE NRSC 2025
The Electronics and Communications Department at the Faculty of Engineering – October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) Proudly Celebrates a New Achievement!
We are incredibly proud to announce that a research paper by our outstanding students has received the Best Paper Award at the 42nd National Radio Science Conference (NRSC), an IEEE conference hosted by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport.
The awarded paper, titled: “ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF A NEW CAPACITIVE-LOADED LCRLH TRANSMISSION LINE FOR STOP-BAND CONTROL”, was developed by Rawda Mohamed and Mohamed Hashem, under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Fawzy Daw, with the valuable support of Prof. Mahmoud Abdalla.
What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that the paper, originally a graduation project, was selected among the Top 6 Best Papers out of 72 submissions from universities across Egypt, including Master’s and PhD-level research.
This recognition highlights the excellence of our students, the strength of their ideas, and the quality of mentorship at MSA University. We are incredibly proud of their success and confident this milestone marks just the beginning of even greater accomplishments.
