On the 5th annual Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign, The Faculty of Biotechnology proudly organised a remarkable event dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer and extending our support to the brave women who have confronted this battle, both physically and emotionally in cooperation with the Embassy of India, Bonsai studio and multiple medical laboratories ( El Moktabar labs, Nile Scan labs, Marakezna scan & labs, Prana clinic) at the Roman Theatre on October 31st.

Yoga sessions led by Anita Solanki from the Indian Embassy and Salma Tarek from Bonsai Studio provided healing and stress relief sessions to these courageous women.

In recognition of their dedicated support, the Indian Embassy was honoured with the university shield by the Dean Prof. Ayman Diab and Vice Dean Prof. Gehan Safwat, of the Faculty of Biotechnology.

Additionally, appreciation letters were given to all sponsors for their significant contributions. This event wasn’t just informative; it left attendees feeling empowered and inspired by the yoga sessions and the meaningful vouchers, reaffirming the strength of unity and support.
