MSA’s Faculty of Biotechnology Supports the Global Campaign to End Violence Against Women
October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) reaffirms its commitment to societal causes by organizing impactful initiatives that raise awareness and promote meaningful dialogue. As part of the global campaign led by the United Nations to end violence against women, the Faculty of Biotechnology recently hosted a significant awareness campaign.
The campaign saw active participation from faculty members, staff, and students, all donning orange—the United Nations’ designated color symbolizing hope and a violence-free future. This powerful visual statement underscored the university’s dedication to advocating for this critical cause.
A highlight of the campaign was a creative competition for designing a unique logo to represent the initiative. Students enthusiastically showcased their talents, submitting innovative designs that expressed their solidarity and vision for a world without violence. The campaign concluded with a celebratory ceremony honoring the three winning students, who were awarded prizes and recognized in a group photo with attendees.
This initiative by MSA’s Faculty of Biotechnology underscores the university’s ongoing efforts to inspire change and empower its community to support global and local causes through education, creativity, and collective action.
