
MSA University Students Shine at the 3rd Scientific Student Conference for Science Colleges (S3C 2025)
October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) is proud to announce the outstanding participation of Karma Osama, a Biotechnology student, and Mariam Attia, a Research Assistant from the Faculty of Biotechnology, at the 3rd Scientific Student Conference for Science Colleges (S3C 2025), hosted by the Faculty of Science, Suez University.
The students presented two impressive scientific posters, both reflecting an innovative and applied research direction in the fields of biotechnology and molecular diagnostics:
🔬 Poster Titles:
“Design and Fabrication of Microfluidic PCR Chip: A Lab-on-a-Chip Approach for Molecular Diagnostics”
“Dual Diagnostic Systems for Microfluidic Blood and Urine Analysis with Colorimetric Sensing and Smartphone Imaging”
These cutting-edge projects were conducted at the Prototyping Lab of the Faculty of Biotechnology under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Gomaa, Lecturer and Head of the Lab.
This scientific participation highlights the Faculty’s strong commitment to supporting applied research, encouraging students to develop innovative technological solutions, and enhancing their practical experience by engaging in specialized scientific conferences.
