Mirna Hesham, Jana Yasser, Engy Gamal, and Hoda Gamal, our four brilliant students from the Faculty of Mass Communication at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) rocked the “Be Expo” event at the Egypt International Exhibition Center. The expo focused on wellness, mindful living, and nutrition — helping women live healthier, happier lives.
Our students took the opportunity to raise awareness about burnout among women, explaining that it’s more than just feeling tired — it’s deep emotional exhaustion. As part of their graduation project, “Sukoon” (meaning serenity), they shared practical tips to help women manage stress and reclaim their balance.
Under the supervision of Dr. Rania Shaaban and Ms. Rana Rashad, “Sukoon” aims to break the myths around burnout, encouraging women to prioritize their mental and emotional well-being without guilt. The campaign’s key message? Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish — it’s necessary!
