Field trip to Factory 144 in Benha

Students of the Electrical Communication and Electronic Systems Engineering Program at the Faculty of Engineering took a field trip to Factory 144 in Benha as a practical application of what they have studied in the Radar Systems course. They have visited the printed circuit board factory, as well as the assembly and production plant for the precise electronic components used in radar systems. Additionally, they visited the Radar Research Center, where methods for designing and implementing radar devices used in various applications were showcased.

This visit is in light of the efforts of the National Authority for Military Production in military manufacturing and participation in national projects. Given the authority’s role in developing manufacturing technology and its collaboration with Egyptian universities, this visit was supervised by Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Akhḍar, a lecturer in the Electrical Communication and Electronic Systems Engineering Program at the Faculty.
