Faculty of Dentistry celebrated the Orphan’s Day

The Sustainable Development Committee at the Faculty of Dentistry celebrated the Orphan’s Day with the children of Manbar El-Khair orphanage in Sheikh Zayed City.

The event was attended by the members of the committee, lecturers of the faculty, last year students and some of the doctors of the Department of Oral Medicine, Periodontology and Diagnostics at the Faculty.

Additionally, DVMSA students and Dental voluntreers of MSA Club participated too as they raised awareness of the importance of brushing the teeth and eating healthy. Also, the doctors examined and diagnosed the children and the supervisors at the orphanage so that they could do the necessary treatment inside the Faculty clinics.

Finally, the members of the committee also presented gifts to the children of the Orphange, toothpicks and toothpastes.
