
Creativity of the MSA University Community Shines at Cairo International Book Fair 2026
October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) is proudly participating in the 2026 Cairo International Book Fair with a distinguished set of literary and translation contributions, reflecting the university’s ongoing commitment to supporting cultural movement, promoting knowledge dissemination, and fostering intellectual awareness.
MSA’s participation features the presence of Prof. Dr. Tarek Saleh, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Design, who took part in several specialized panel discussions addressing artistic and heritage-related topics, in addition to exploring key issues surrounding the protection of intellectual and cultural property in the era of technological transformation and artificial intelligence applications.
Dr. Safaan Amer, a faculty member at the Faculty of Languages and lecturer of Spanish language courses, is presenting a collection of specialized publications in the Spanish language and Spanish language education. These works enrich the Arabic library in this field and reflect his academic and research expertise.
The exhibition also includes the contribution of Abdelrahman Haggag, a graduate of the Faculty of Mass Communication at MSA University, who has authored a book that represents a valuable addition to the literary works showcased at the fair and highlights the strong presence and impact of MSA graduates within the cultural scene.
In the field of translation, several members of the Faculty of Languages are presenting translated works that demonstrate the faculty’s vital role in supporting translation movement and building bridges of cultural communication. Contributors include Dr. Yasmin Fahd (Assistant Professor), Noran Ashraf (Faculty Member), Malak Khaled (Teaching Assistant), and Somaya Abdel Wahab El-Samahy (Assistant Lecturer).
Through this notable participation, MSA reaffirms its dedication to supporting intellectual and literary creativity, strengthening its presence in major cultural events, and reinforcing its role as a leading educational institution committed to knowledge production and community service.
