Artistic Anatomy: a remarkable event which blended science and art for innovative learning!

50 students from various faculties were able to attend the Artistic Anatomy insightful lecture given by Associate Professor Ahmed Abd El Hameed El Shafei from the Faculty of Arts and Design at October University for Modern Science and Arts (MSA).

The Lecture explored the fascinating history of artistic anatomy and its application across diverse fields like architecture, fashion design, drama, cinema production, graphic design, sculpture, painting, and more. Students gained a deeper understanding of the human body’s proportions, skeletal and muscular systems, and movement dynamics—all explained in an artistically simplified approach.

The interactive lecture sparked curiosity and creativity, with students engaging in thoughtful discussions and creating anatomical sketches.
