MSA-STC field trip for Communication Engineering students to the Egyptian Broadcasting TV and Radio Station
The MSA-STC (Student Training Committee) at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA University) has organized a field trip for Communication Engineering students to the Egyptian Broadcasting TV and Radio Station at Mokktam, in collaboration with Maspero.
The purpose of the trip was to provide students with an opportunity to witness firsthand how their academic studies are applied in the real-world industry. During the visit, the students explored the Communication Transmission Networks room, gaining valuable insights into the various stages involved in broadcasting, including radio waves, microwaves, optical fibers, and satellite functions.
The students had the privilege of receiving on-site sessions from Eng. Ahmed Abdo, Communication Engineer, which helped them bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Eng. Ahmed Abdo for his dedication and exceptional efforts. A special thank you also goes to Mr. Mohamed Al-Bahrawy for his excellent coordination of the trip.
Additionally, we would like to express our gratitude to Eng. Rania Muhssen (General Manager of the Engineering Training Department) and Mr. Waleed Abdelsattar (Supervisor of the Engineering Training Department) for their continuous support and efforts in making this trip a success.
