وقع أ.د. علي البسطويسي عميد كلية علوم الحاسب اتفاقية تعاون مع منظمة التعليم من اجل التوظيف – مصر,, غير حكومية تهدف إلى سد الفجوة بين الشباب وسوق العمل من خلال برامج تعليمية موجهة لاحتياجات السوق ومتصلة بفرص عمل لائقة تتوافق مع قانون العمل المصري بحضور أ/ نوره أبو السعود ,, الرئيس التنفيذي
:بنود اتفاقية التعاون
.تقديم برامج تدريبية متوافقة مع متطلبات سوق العمل لرفع كفاءة الطلاب والخريجين –
.إتاحة شهادات معترف بها في الصناعة، لتعزيز فرص التوظيف –
.تنظيم ورش تدريبية على المهارات الشخصية والاستعداد المهني، مثل: مهارات التواصل، والعمل الجماعي، والقيادة، وحل المشكلات –
.توفير فرص تدريب عملي وتلمذة مهنية منظمة لسد الفجوة بين التعليم والتوظيف –
.دعم الخريجين في إطلاق مشروعاتهم الناشئة عبر برامج ريادة الأعمال، وبرامج الاحتضان، وفرص التمويل –
لتوفير فرص عمل متميزة للخريجين بكبرى الشركات والهيئات والمؤسسات المحلية والعالمية وبرامج تدريب متقدمة للطلاب،
Prof. Dr. Ali Bastawessy, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science, signed a cooperation protocol with Education for Employment (EFE), an Egyptian NGO that seeks to bridge the gap between youth and the private sector through market-driven educational programs connected to decent job opportunities that abide by the Egyptian labor law in the presence of Ms. Noura Abu El Saoud, CEO.
وتتضمن بنود الاتفاقية:
Supporting graduates in launching their startups through entrepreneurship programs, incubation support, and funding opportunities.
Providing training programs aligned with labor market requirements to enhance the skills of students and graduates.
Offering industry-recognized certificates to boost employment opportunities.
Organizing workshops focused on soft skills and career readiness, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
Providing hands-on training opportunities and structured apprenticeships to bridge the gap between education and employment.
