Phytotherapy in Focus: Bridging Nature and Science at MSA’s Pharmacognosy Conference
The Pharmacognosy Department at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) held a successful and inspiring conference day under the theme “Advancing Innovation in Phytotherapy – Bridging Nature and Science.” The event highlighted the department’s continuous progress in teaching and research, with presentations showcasing the latest initiatives and achievements.
A special highlight was the presence of distinguished alumni:
- Dr. Marina Hanna, Research and Development Scientist in the Consumer and Health Team at EVA Pharma (Limitless Naturals), and
- Dr. Mayr Ezzat, Senior Scientist in Innovative Formulation Technologies for Oral Delivery of Biologics and Macromolecules at EVA Pharma.
Their insightful talks offered a glimpse into cutting-edge advancements in natural product drug discovery and innovative delivery systems, greatly inspiring both faculty and students.
