New generation in Obesity Control – Guest Speaker (Dr. Hany Aboulnaga)

The Faculty of Biotechnology at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA University) organized guest speaker sessions as part of the Industrial projects course. The sessions included a seminar attended by 120 students on clinical nutrition by Dr. Hany Aboulnaga, PhD in clinical nutrition, University of Miami, Florida, USA.

The session was titled ‘New generation in Obesity Control’. Which mainly focused on new trends in obesity management and the shift towards healthier lifestyle. It served towards inspiring students into developing new ideas for projects pertaining to nutrition and molecular techniques, with the added benefit of inspiring a proactive approach towards healthy lifestyles for younger individuals to evade diabetes and hypertension.
