MSA University participated in the 10th Summit of Speakers of Parliament and the 19th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean

Dr. Safaan Amer, a distinguished Faculty member at the Faculty of Languages and an instructor of Spanish language courses, represented October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) at the 10th Summit of Speakers of Parliament and the 19th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean.

The events were held at the House of Representatives headquarters in the New Administrative Capital and were chaired by H.E. MP Mohamed Abou El Enein, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean.

The summit brought together Speakers of Parliament, parliamentary delegations, and representatives of member states, providing an important platform for dialogue and regional cooperation.
