The Faculty of Nutrition and Food Technology at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) successfully hosted “Nourish to Flourish: Nutrition for Inside-Out Beauty,” bringing together students and attendees for an inspiring day dedicated to the powerful connection between nutrition, health, and beauty.

Through insightful expert talks, engaging discussions, and interactive activities, participants explored how evidence-based nutrition supports healthy skin, overall wellness, and confidence—proving that true beauty begins from within.
