Dr. Nawal added that the students of October University of Science and Arts are learning how to develop the institutional and governmental institutions while they are still in college, stressing that the recommendations of the conference will redeem the shortcomings of the institutional work in Egypt through the expert international speakers participating in the conference Dr. Nawal El Degwi also explained that the institutional development of companies and public sectors is a vital issue for the Egyptian working environment. She pointed out that one of the speakers participating in the conference was the youngest member of the US Congress. And that this member will talk about entrepreneurship. The conference was attended by Osama Saleh, former Minister of Investment and many company chairmen. It was also attended by students and faculty members of October University of Science.
