Gifted Youngsters Sponsored by MSA Claim Gold and Bronze Medals at the I-SWEEEP International Olympiad in the USA.

When October University for Modern Sciences and Arts organized yet another successful science fair, MSA picked the three of the best young inventors from schools across the country to represent Egypt at the I-SWEEEP International Olympiad in Houston Texas, USA.

MSA is pleased to announce that two students walked away with the Gold and Bronze medals in Engineering Category and Environmental Category. Dr. Gehan Safwat of Faculty of Biotechnolog, served as their supervisor and advisor throughout the experience. Reflecting on that winning moment, Dr. Gehan recalled, “To hear Egypt being called out and to see its flag on the big screen was a moment to remember. I felt a rush of emotions from happy to extremely proud and knew that at that moment all my students were winners.” When describing the iSweep Olympiad, Dr. Gehan said,“Imagine hundreds of students from all over the world coming together in a prestigious and intellectual fair uniting incredible and mind-blowing ideas and inventions.ISweep is exactly that.” MSA University will continue to support young and bright students achieve their fullest potentials, for they are the essence of the next generation and Egypt’s future leaders.
